About Us

Pete Muennich is an Alaskan hunting guide (#16528) and Montana Outfitter (#54704), who spends his entire life outdoors. Known to social media as @petergpanda, his daily content give entertaining insight to all things hunting, trapping, and guiding. 

During late summer and early fall, Pete can be found guiding dall sheep, caribou, moose and mountain goats across Alaska. September thru November, Pete can be found chasing trophy elk and deer in Montana. Come winter, he and his pack of hound dogs spend each day tracking and hunting mountain lions in Montana. 

Pete offers an authentic and educational perspective of his life through his digital content. His passion for outdoor gear, firearms, and the natural world he lives and works in has made him a respected professional and authority in the industry. 

At the age of 23, Pete founded the world’s first conservation group dedicated to north America’s mountain goat. Today, the Rocky Mountain Goat Alliance is a prolific and successful nonprofit conducting conservation work across the continent. 

At the age of 29, Pete became the 3rd youngest person to complete the North American Super 10. This collection of successful hunts includes deer, elk, antelope, caribou, moose, sheep, goat, bison, bear, and mountain lion. His hunger for adventure has taken him all over the country and several international locations as well.

Pete's better half, Christa, is a Minnesota native and lifelong lover of the outdoors. Christa can be found throughout hunting season cooking at camp, transporting hunters, and generally keeping moral high and camp clean. We are lucky to have her help and organization.
